About Us

Oficina dos Sabores was born from a family desire and a touch of nostalgia. In 2015, still as a small family project, we realized there was something missing here in Switzerland: churros like the ones we loved in Brazil, with real dulce de leche. The idea was simple: if it doesn't exist, let's make it! And that's how we started.

The first test was at a street event, Caliente in Zurich, and the recipe was a success. From there, our small family business grew. Today, Oficina dos Sabores is not only a place where you can find the filled churros we always wanted, but also a space where we bring coxinha, pastéis, feijoada and other Brazilian flavors to everyday life in Switzerland.

We are a company that started with heart and family, and we maintain that to this day. In addition to street events, we now have our restaurant and snack bar in the center of Zurich, we do home deliveries and even send our products by mail so that more people can have a little piece of Brazil at home.

I'm Thiago, one of the founders, and I've been here in Switzerland for 15 years, since 2010. Our mission is to continue bringing a little bit of the flavor and warmth of Brazil to Europe, always with that familiar and welcoming style that is our trademark.
