AGB (Terms and Conditions)

 

1. Scope of Application

These terms apply to all orders placed on the website www.oficinadossabores.ch, including deliveries via Die Post and pick-ups at Restaurant Oficina dos Sabores, Langstrasse 117, 8004 Zurich.

 

2. Products and Availability

All products and prices are subject to change without notice. Temporary unavailability may occur.

 

3. Order and Contract Formation

The contract is confirmed when the customer submits the order and receives the confirmation email.

 

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Payment is made exclusively online, using the methods offered on the website.
On-site payments are not permitted.

 

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made exclusively through Die Post services, according to the available shipping options. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

 

6. Pick-up

The customer can choose to pick up the order at Restaurant Oficina dos Sabores, Langstrasse 117, 8004 Zurich.
The pickup must be made within the stated time.
Orders that are not picked up will not be refunded.

 

7. Returns and Complaints

Food products cannot be returned.
Complaints must be made immediately upon receipt, within a maximum of 24 hours.

 

8. Responsibility

We are not responsible for damages due to improper storage, improper transport, or late collection.

 

9. Forum

The competent court is Zurich, Switzerland.
